Military and Veteran Clincial Depression Treatment – A new and works approach with no medication, completely non-invasive.
Serving our country can take a serious toll on our active military personnel, veterans, and their families. Our Medical Director, Dr. Miller, spent five years in the US Air Force and has seen first-hand how the sacrifices made for our country can affect you and your loved ones.
This is particularly the case when you experience clinical depression (major depressive disorder) as a result of your service. This depression can make it almost impossible to get through the day, especially if you’ve tried other treatments and they haven’t worked as you’d hoped.
We have seen the remarkable results of MeRT treatment for clinical depression and treatment-resistant depression. That’s why we’re so excited and proud to be an in-network provider for TRICARE insurance.
The equipment used in MeRT treatment (rTMS) is FDA-cleared to treat depression. And in 2016, TRICARE approved coverage for TMS therapy for depression.
We want to help relieve your depression symptoms with our long-lasting, effective solution, and we want to make your treatment process as seamless as possible.
You served us. Now, let us serve you.
How TRICARE Works
Humana Military – TRICARE East serves the eastern region of the United States. TRICARE East offers three levels of insurance: Prime, Reserve, and Select.
TRICARE Prime
If you have TRICARE Prime, please make an appointment with your primary care physician or other medical provider. Then, request a referral to see us for depression treatment. If you have any questions about this process, we are happy to guide you through it.
TRICARE Reserve and Select
If you have either TRICARE Reserve or Select and are suffering from depression, you do not need a letter of referral from your primary care provider.
Just contact our New Patient Coordinator. She will answer your questions and schedule you for your initial testing and consultation. Once these are complete, we will fill out all the paperwork so you can begin your treatment as soon as possible.
For more information, contact our New New Patient Coordinator. She will help you through the process of getting coverage for treatment of depression or depression combined with other conditions.
